Daub Group Real Estate is my dream come true after fifteen years of working in the Real Estate industry. I started in Corpus Christi, TX where I got my license as a Sales Associate for a small 2 to 4 person office, which was great to get accustomed to the Real Estate business. In January 1997 I got a chance to move to Hilo, HI where I again licensed as a Realtor Associate for the first five years and then wanting to improve my knowledge I studied for and received my Brokers License. With some family tragedies in 2006 I decide it was time in my life to be closer to family and decided the Flathead Valley was the only acceptable choice. I decided the time was right to open my own brokerage so I could finally do business the way I believed it should be conducted. I opened Daub Group, LLC under which I have Daub Group Real Estate, Daub Group Design & Drafting and Daub Group Renovation & Woodworks. These three businesses although very different are connected within me and each benefits from my experience in the others. Ultimately no matter which business I believe I must do my very best for each and every client through education, hard work, communicating effectively and most important, listening to my clients needs, wishes and sometimes problems. The opportunity to tailor my services to suit each client I work with is not only very effective but extremely satisfying. Attention to my Clients needs and wants is paramount in providing service that not only gets the desired results but in a way that is less stressful, more enjoyable and less .
